The DHLontheGo service was launched using the WhatsApp Business API, and is currently in its beta testing phase. From the service’s video demonstration posted on the DHL’s official Twitter and Facebook page, a chat bot will attend to your inquiries and details of your shipment will be logged into DHL’s systems for processing.
